Ingredients
2 envelops unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1/3 cup honey
2 cups fresh orange juice
Preparation
Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Allow to set for 5 minutes. Add honey and heat over water bath until melted. Add orange juice. Pour in molds. Set in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Serve cold.
