The foods of Saint-Helena
Saint Helena is a remote volcanic tropical island in the South Atlantic Ocean, belonging to the United Kingdom.Like most isolated places and remote islands, St Helena has developed a unique food-culture, influenced throughout its history by the British, and the many immigrant populations including African and Indian slaves and Chinese laborers, and by the ships passing through.
